How do I play Speedgrams?

Drag letter tiles from your rack to the board to form valid words. All words must connect like a crossword. In Zen Mode, take your time. In Ranked Mode, race against opponents! Double-tap tiles to return them to your rack.

What is the Draw button?

When all your tiles form valid, connected words, the DRAW button lights up. Tap it to draw a new tile and continue building. In ranked matches, drawing also sends a letter to your opponent!

How does the Dump feature work?

Stuck with difficult letters? Use DUMP to exchange one tile for three new ones. Strategic dumping can help you get unstuck, but be careful - you'll have more tiles to place!

How does the ranking system work?

Win matches to earn Skill Rating (SR) points. Lose, and you'll lose points. Rise through tiers from Novice to The Pulse! Your rank reflects your skill compared to other players.

How do I add friends?

Each player has a unique Friend Code (Username#1234). Share yours with friends and enter theirs in the Friends screen to connect. Once friends, you can challenge each other to real-time battles!

What is Gold used for?

Gold is earned by completing games. Spend it in the Shop to unlock cosmetic items like tile skins and board skins. These are purely visual - they don't affect gameplay.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've made purchases and need to restore them (e.g., after reinstalling), go to the Shop and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will sync any previous purchases with your account.

Can I play offline?

Zen Mode can be played offline. Ranked matches and friend battles require an internet connection for real-time synchronization.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available in Settings. This will permanently remove your account, game history, and purchased items. This action cannot be undone.

The game isn't loading or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check for updates in your app store. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your progress is saved to your account if signed in).
